Do I own the website?+
Yes. Fully yours. Hosted on your accounts, in your name, from the day it goes live. If we ever part ways, you keep everything: the site, the published content, the tracking setup, and the schema, all of it, with nothing held back on my end or locked to a login only I control.
What if I already have a website I like?+
Then this probably isn't the right offer. The rebuild is core to how the AI engine and SEO automation work together, because the automation is built into the new site's structure from the start, not bolted onto an old one. If you love your current site, we should talk about the Online Visibility System instead, which works with what you already have.
How is this different from an agency retainer?+
Agencies scope every project separately, which means new work often comes with a new quote and a new negotiation. I scope this one, once, up front. You get a defined system and a flat monthly fee. No 'we'll need to quote that separately' surprises showing up in month four.
How is AI content different from generic AI slop?+
Because the strategy work in week one is real, not a template pulled off a shelf. Your ICP, your voice, and the actual questions your buyers ask get built into the engine before a single piece of content gets drafted. Skip that step and you get slop, the same generic paragraphs every competitor's AI tool produces. I do not skip it.
What happens if I cancel?+
You keep the site, the published content, the schema, and the tracking setup exactly as it stands the day you cancel. Publishing and SEO automation stop running, since that is the ongoing service you are cancelling. There is no penalty and no clawback of work already delivered up to that point.
Do you do paid ads?+
Not as part of this system. Google Ads or paid social can be added separately if it genuinely makes sense for your business and your budget. Most clients starting from zero organic presence do not need paid media on day one, so we build the free-traffic foundation first.
What happens during the setup phase before the monthly system goes live?+
The rebuild, the schema stack, the ICP and voice work, and the first batch of content all happen during the one-time setup, typically a matter of weeks rather than months. The monthly automation begins once the foundation is in place and verified working, not before, so you are not paying the ongoing fee for a system that is still being built.
Can I bring my own domain and existing content over to the new site?+
Yes. Your domain moves with you, and any existing content worth keeping gets migrated and rebuilt to match the new site's schema and SEO structure rather than thrown away. Content that is thin, outdated, or duplicative usually gets replaced, since carrying weak pages into a new AI-optimized site undermines the very system being built.
