José Cabal Consulting provides AI marketing strategy, marketing automation consulting, fractional CMO services, and educational content for small and medium businesses. Specific service terms, scope, deliverables, and fees are agreed in writing (via a Statement of Work, service agreement, or email confirmation) before any engagement begins.

Information published on this Site (blog posts, playbooks, FAQs, case studies) is for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice specific to your business situation. No client relationship is formed until a written engagement agreement is executed.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, downloadable materials, and code, is owned by or licensed to José Cabal Consulting and is protected by Canadian copyright law and applicable international treaties.
