Inbound Marketing · Vancouver

Inbound marketing in Vancouver — get found by people already looking for you.

Ads rent attention. The moment you stop paying, the traffic stops. Inbound marketing earns attention instead. You become the answer people find when they search — and when AI tools answer their questions. But this only works when the strategy and message are set first. That is where I start.

  • Content built on a real plan
  • Found in search and AI answers
  • One system, not scattered posts

The real problem

Posting content on its own is not enough.

Most Vancouver businesses your size have tried inbound already. Someone wrote a few blog posts. Someone set up a newsletter. Maybe an agency promised leads from content. A year later the blog is quiet, the traffic is flat, and no one can say what any of it was for.

The problem is almost never the writing. The problem is that the content was made without a plan. There was no clear message, no idea which searches to win, and no way to turn a reader into a lead. Isolated tactics do not add up to growth. They just fill a calendar.

Inbound marketing done right is a system. First we fix the strategy and the message. Then we build content that answers the real questions your buyers ask. Then we make sure that content shows up — in Google, and in the AI tools people now use to get answers. No BS, no vanity metrics, no empty promises. Just a machine that brings the right people to you over time.

What you get

What inbound marketing includes when it is done as a system.

  • Search and question research

We find the exact things your buyers type into Google and ask AI tools — before they are ready to buy. That list becomes the plan. We do not guess what to write; we build content around real demand.

  • Useful content, not filler

Content that answers a real question well enough that a reader trusts you. No thin posts written to hit a word count. Each piece earns its place by being genuinely helpful.

  • Content that captures leads

A reader only becomes a lead once you have a way to reach them again. We build clear next steps into the content — an offer, a guide, an assessment — so attention turns into contacts you can follow up with.

  • Found in search and AI answers

People now ask ChatGPT and Google AI for recommendations. We structure your content so those tools can read it and name your business as the answer.

  • A path from reader to buyer

One blog post rarely closes a deal. We map how a stranger moves from first read, to trust, to a sales conversation — and fill the gaps in that path so people do not fall out of it.

  • Honest reporting

You get a plain monthly report on what content is bringing the right people in and what is not. We cut what does not work. No vanity metrics dressed up to look like progress.

How it works

How we build your inbound engine.

  1. 1

    Strategy and message first

Before a single post, we lock who you are for, what makes you the clear choice, and the message that runs through everything. Content built on a shaky message just spreads the confusion faster.

  2. 2

    Map the demand

We research the searches and questions your buyers already have, then turn them into a content plan ranked by which ones are worth winning first. This is structure, not spin.

  3. 3

    Build and publish

Your team produces the content on a steady rhythm, set up so search engines and AI tools can find and cite it, with clear next steps built in to capture leads. I review each piece.

  4. 4

    Measure and improve

Ongoing. We watch what brings the right people in, double down on what works, and drop what does not. Inbound compounds — the work you did months ago keeps bringing leads.

Straight pricing

Straight pricing for your inbound engine.

Inbound marketing runs mainly through my Online Visibility System service: $1,500 one-time setup, then $1,400 per month, month-to-month. That covers the content plan, the search and AI visibility work, and the ongoing build. When you also need someone directing the whole strategy, it pairs with the Growth Strategy Partner engagement. See the full scope, and what is and is not included, on the services page.

Common questions

Questions before you start.

I will not guarantee lead counts or make revenue promises, because no honest marketer can know those numbers up front. What I promise is straight structure: a clear message, a real content plan, and a system your team can run. Start with the free Growth Readiness Assessment and we will see if it is a fit.

What is inbound marketing?+

Inbound marketing is earning attention by being useful instead of paying for it. You create content that answers the questions your buyers have, make sure it shows up in search and in AI answers, and let the right people find you. It is the opposite of ads, which stop working the moment you stop paying.

How is this different from an agency that just posts content?+

Many agencies produce posts on a calendar with no system behind them — no clear message, no plan for which searches to win, and no way to turn a reader into a lead. I start with strategy and message first, then build content around real demand, then make sure it gets found. Content without that system is just isolated tactics.

How long does inbound marketing take to work?+

It is slower to start than ads but it compounds. Expect the first few months to be setup and early content, with real momentum usually building over six to twelve months as pages start ranking and getting cited. Unlike ads, the work keeps bringing leads after it is published. I will not promise a specific number of leads or sales — that is not honest.

Do you write all the content yourselves?+

The Online Visibility System sets the plan, the search and AI visibility work, and the structure, and supports the build. How much writing your team does versus how much is produced for you depends on the setup we agree on. What stays constant is that I review the work so it fits the strategy and message.

What does 'found in AI answers' actually mean?+

People increasingly ask tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI for recommendations instead of scrolling search results. If your content is not written and structured so those tools can read and trust it, they name your competitors instead of you. We build your content so it can be found and cited by both search engines and AI tools.

Is inbound marketing right for my business?+

It fits Vancouver businesses that are already growing — roughly 10–50 employees, above about $1M in revenue, often growing by referrals and wanting a second reliable channel. If you need leads this week and have no content foundation, ads may come first. Inbound is built for the long term, so give it months to compound rather than expecting a quick fix.

Do I need a content team to do inbound marketing?+

No. The Online Visibility System sets the plan, the research, and the structure, and supports the build, so you do not need to hire a content team first. Your existing team can contribute where it makes sense, but the system is built so the work happens whether or not you have writers on staff.

How is this different from just posting on social media?+

Social posts are rented attention — they disappear from a feed within a day and depend on a platform's algorithm to be seen at all. Inbound content lives on your site, keeps working in search and AI answers for years after it is published, and is built around real questions your buyers search for, not whatever fits a social calendar.
